Payment Terms

1. Invoices only are issued, no statements are issued.
2. Payment is due on receipt of invoice unless other terms are arranged.

Pay by Credit Card

1. Credit card payments are accepted. An additional 2% service fee will be charged for credit card payments.

Overdue Accounts

1. Interest will become payable 1.5% per month calculated monthly on the overdue principal from the date the debt is incurred until the date of payment.
2. Property of the goods will not pass to any buyer for any reason whatsoever until all moneys have been paid by the buyer.
3. The seller retains right of entry to take possession when payment is more than 30 days overdue and / or in the event of insolvency.
